Late Malawian legendary hit singer, music producer, politician and songwriter – Lucius Banda, who was also known by his fans as Soldier Lucius Banda, was one of Malawi’s most respected music artist of all time. Before he passed away, he had dropped a hit banger which is titled “Zakukhosi”. The song “Zakukhosi” can be translated from the Chewa Language of Malawi, as well as Eastern Province of Zambia, as My Grudges. He was signed to about four record lables which are Zembani Music Company, Planet Afrika Records, Malawi Goodlife as well as Media 360.
Lucius Banda died on the 30th of June in the year 2024 in South Africa, when he was about 53 years old. Before he died, he had managed to gift his fans with big hit bangers such as “Nthawi” which means Time, as it now carries over 2.1 million views on certain online music streaming platforms. Some of his music fans have not yet healed from their wounds of the loss of this great music artist.
