Zambian legendary male rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer – Mack 2, who has been given quite a number of names such as King Buga, Retired General and of course Flava Boy, has finally come through with what is believed to be his final album in his entire music career. The brand new album happens to be titled “Olijaba”, which is a street slang for Original. He mentioned that after the launch of this album, he is going into retirement and wont be putting out any music, unless featured ones. Another similar artist who did that is XYZ Entertainments current C.E.O – Bobby East, right after he also dropped his final album titled “Rob Art”.
For this album Olijaba, Macky 2 had put up twelve (12) tracks in it with some notable Zambian features such as Towela Kaira, Slapdee, Wezi, Chef 187, Yo Maps, F Jay and Izrael. As for this international features, Makcy 2 featured late South African hit maker – AKA, who was also known as Mega. He also featured Tanzanian dancehall singer – Harmonize. After the release of this album, Macky 2 went on to open his third record lable known as Olijaba Entertainments where he signed artists like Ozone Africa and Frank Ro. The other 2 record lables he owns are Alpha Entertainments Music and Kopala Swag Music. From this big hit album, here is a single which happens to be titled “Am The Man” featuring Chef 187.
