Zambian legendary male rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer – Macky 2, who has been given quite a number of names such as King Buga, Retired General and of course FlavaBoy. Macky 2 comes through on the Zambian music scene with an interesting studio project which he entitled as “Ghetto President”. This body of work “Ghetto President” carried out about (18) solid songs. Macky 2 is a hip-hop, R&B, dunka music, and Kalindula artist who was active from 2007. He was signed to Kalandanya Music Promotion and is the founder of Alpha Entertainment and Olijaba Entertainment.
In order to make this album “Ghetto President” more successful, Macky 2 joined hands with the highly talented and skilled Zambian artists with the likes of – Nexus Music Entertainments Ltd signed artist – Neo Slayer Zambia, Alpha Entertainments signed hip-hop rappers – Chef 187, Drifta Drek, the late vocal-singer Daev Zambia, Wezi, F Jay, Izreal, Camster, Badman Shapi and the Zambian based folk singer/songwriter – Mumba Yachi. This album “Ghetto President” was released in 2018, and it is now over 29.8 Thousand streams. Off the album the most trending or rather the most listened songs are “Everything Is Better, Never Let You Go, Bring It Back and Umutima Wandi which featured the super talented and gifted gospel singer – Ephraim The Son Of Africa”.
