One of Zambia’s multi talented top notch super creative male hit rapper and songwriter – Petersen, who is also known as Petersen Zagaze and is now a politician too, used to drop some hit songs back in the days when the Zambian music and entertainment industry was just starting to grow. During that time, some of these online and digital streaming platforms, there were only compact discs and radio cassettes. When a music artist wants his or her song to be put out, they usually had to visit some Radio Stations and Television Stations and take their CDs there so that they can be played on TV.
Some of the music artists who were there during that time alongside some of the legendary music artists who are still consistent even now. The artists are Slapdee, Macky 2, Mampi, Izrael, Ruff Kid, Dandy Crazy (Late) among others. Petersen has been one of the few music artists who haver been consistent with songs as he previously dropped a hit album which happens to be titled “Apocalypto” which was dropped about last year in 2023.
